PAINT PROGRAM
This Main Street West Memphis Incentive Program is sponsored by Barton's of West Memphis and Valspar Paint.

How the Program Works
Buy one gallon of Valspar Paint from Barton's of West Memphis and get one gallon of equal value free. (Limit of 4 gallons of donated paint per building, with a cap of 24 gallons per year for the entire program)

Who can participate
Any business owner or property owner renovating property within the Main Street West Memphis District, which is Broadway, Rhodes to 14th Street.

What is the procedure
Pick up brochure from the Main Street West Memphis office (I'll get this info where we they can download too) Return completed form to the Main Street Office. Take authorized voucher to Barton's of West Memphis, 215 W. Broadway If you have any questions, please call or email Leigh Ann Hastings,
